Facility Details

  • Year built  -- 1995 
  • 40,000 SF, monitored 24/7 by University of Florida
  • No prior losses
  • Type of construction; roof construction wall construction - Floors are concrete with tile; Walls are engineered metal with Insulated siding (composite metal); Roof is steel with foam insulation and roll fiberglass asphalt roofing; there is steel support throughout the building; Inside walls are sheetrock.
  • Number of stories - two but space is only rented on first floor. Second floor is for air handlers.

  • Negative pressure “wet” labs with 12’ ceilings
  • Chemical fume hood in all labs, certified annually
