Progress Corporate Park is located on US 441 in the city of Alachua approximately 10 miles north of Gainesville, Florida. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from Interstate 75.
Take I-75 exit 399 (Alachua/High Springs). At the foot of the exit ramp take US 441 South – you will be going 2.8 miles from this exit. After passing though the city of Alachua you will find yourself on a long downhill grade where 441 goes over a railroad track (which you cannot see).
At the bottom of the hill take your first right onto Progress Blvd. The Park can also be approached by taking US 441 North (13th Street) from Gainesville. The University of Florida's Sid Martin Biotechnology Incubator, biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility- Florida Biologix, and Center of Excellence for Regenerative Health Biotechnology are located in the Park.
