Richard Molloy

Richard MolloyMr. Molloy is a principal and co-founder of Gordon River Capital, a Naples-based investment company focused on early stage venture and small to mid-market private equity opportunities. He serves on the board of Pasteuria Bioscience (an agricultural biotechnology company based in Alachua, Florida), Lehigh Technologies (a manufacturer of industrial polymers), and EmergingMed (a patient focused provider of clinical trial matching services).

Previously, Mr. Molloy was a principal in Booz Allen & Hamilton's Consumer and Industrial Products and Healthcare practice. Industries that he focused on included branded consumer and industrial products, medical products companies and food and food ingredients producers. His work within these industries was broad, including mergers and acquisitions, negotiation and execution, business and sales strategy and execution, organization design and operations management.


Prior to Booz Allen, Mr. Molloy served as a Captain in the British Army, in a Commando Engineer Unit and then with the Defense Mapping Agency in Washington, D.C. He has a BSc in Civil Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University (England) and an MPPM from Yale University School of Management.
